An investment project: 13 villas are offered for sale to investors. All the villas of the total area 3,620 sq. m. are furnished and ready for rental. They occupy a 6,670 sq. m. lot. The area of utility premises including closed parking is 580 sq. m. The total built-up area is 4,200 sq. m.
The cottages, each with an area of 241-244 sq. m., have two floors, three bedrooms. All of them are furnished and equipped with housing appliances.
When signing the sales contract, the buyer shall sign a notary rental contract with a developer who runs the complex and rents villas. The validity of the contract should not be less than 5 years.
The 5% annual income is paid on an annual basis as an advance payment.
The investor does not pay maintenance fee during the rental period.
The villa complex is located near the resort village Lozenets in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea. The location is excellent – on the first sea line, 300 m away from a beautiful Coral Beach known with fine golden sand. The water here is considered to be the cleanest on the whole Bulgarian southern seashore. The complex is adjacent to the natural park and is surrounded with the Strandja mountains.
All the villas have a living room with a fireplace made of natural materials, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, stove, oven, dishwashing machine, refrigerator, microwave and a toaster. The rooms have TV sets with satellite channels and a safe.
Every cottage offers panoramic views of the mountains from the terrace.
A free of charge Wi-Fi, swimming pool with free of charge umbrellas and sunbeds are available in the territory of the complex. There is a professional tennis court and free parking.
